Saluki Masters Swim Club
The Saluki Masters Swim Club is a swim fitness program for adults interested in swimming for exercise. We offer
structured workouts along with coaching and camaraderie to help improve your stroke and develop strength, speed,
and endurance in your swimming. You determine your level of participation (coaching is provided for all levels of swimming).

The first two weeks are FREE to all newcomers. If you love to swim and want something more than come join us!

Meet the Coach
Our Coach is Lily Glaeser. Lily competed during college on the Illinois Eastern University in a verity of events. Lily has years of coaching and competing.
Location
Practices are held at the Dr Edward J Shea Natatorium at the Southern Illinois University Student Recreation Center in Carbondale, Illinois. A state of the art aquatics facility.
